I ran out of my favorite juicing root: carrots!!!!! But came up with a nice little smoothie substitute:
1 half ruby red grapefruit
1 cup frozen spinach
5 frozen strawberries
1/2 green apple
1 tbsp nutritional yeast for by B vitamins
1 1/2 cup water
and blend that well. Delicious!!!! It yields a little over 2 cups.
I am looking forward to my skin healing up with. No skin flares today so that is a good sign! Until next time.
